The TwikBot software serves as an end-to-end tool, from product personalization on a (mobile) device to digital manufacturing such as 3D-printing. TwikBot generates unique production files from each individual order and sends these automatically to the production facility.

Think of 3D interactive product models that can be viewed and customized in a mobile browser and manufactured through digital technologies. Production files are generated automatically based on unique customer orders.

To stand out from the competition and ordinary factory line options, car brands seek more complex customization options beyond paint color and seat materials.

With new technologies like 3D printing, laser cutting, and CNC, car parts can have advanced customization.

A one-of-a-kind vehicle is created by personalizing interior parts and external design features, which is possible thanks to mass customization software. Car configurators are set-up as virtual showrooms where products are completely customizable. The end-customer visualizes their self-designed part, and when ordered, the production file is automatically sent to the right production facility through the TwikitLive platform.

TwikBot’s universal software supports the full customization journey-from product input (where all personalization assets are created) to the front-end exploration culminating in top-of-the-line production results.

The ENX Association supports with TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) on behalf of VDA the common acceptance of Information Security Assessments in the automotive industry. The TISAX Assessments are conducted by accredited audit providers that demonstrate their qualification at regular intervals. TISAX and TISAX results are not intended for general public. 

For Twikit, confidentiality, availability and integrity of information have great value. We have taken extensive measures on protection of [sensitive and/or confidential] information. Therefore, we follow the question catalogue of information security of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA ISA). The result is exclusively retrievable over the ENX Portal.
