After 1,5 years of no Twikit parties, it was time to get the Tribe back together. We find it the perfect occasion to get to know new colleagues, properly welcome them to the team, and catch up with others you have known for years. And to spice it up, add a theme!
The Twikit team members each sent in their suggestions, and the winning theme was the ‘90s! The decade where most of the Tribe was born, and others have some great memories. During the evening, we spotted colorful tracksuits, rockstars, and icons from the ’90s.
While we are driven and work in a fast-paced environment, Twikit values downtime and teambuilding activities. It is a tool to strengthen connections that benefit working relations. Also, with regular relaxation moments, we are more motivated to work focused during a certain timeframe. Needless to say, we are already planning our next party…
